Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Not show signs of wear or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@casewey.com with your order number.
  2. Our support team will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided details.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Casewey will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or model.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.


Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at support@casewey.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
  2. Once approved, return your original item.
  3. After inspection, we will ship your replacement product.

If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the price difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue.

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
