2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You have permission from a parent or legal guardian
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your device display.
- All products are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
5. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Casewey is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Payment is not authorised
- A pricing or product error has occurred
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processes
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us
Items must be returned unused and in original condition where possible.
Refunds will include the standard delivery cost (if applicable) but exclude enhanced delivery options.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
This right does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If your item is faulty, you may be entitled to:
- A repair or replacement
- A full or partial refund
Please contact us within 30 days if you believe your product is faulty.
9. Returns & Exchanges
We also offer a voluntary 14-day returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any rights you have under UK consumer law
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect only the information necessary to:
