Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Warranty Coverage
Casewey products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material faults
- Workmanship issues under normal use
If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund (if a replacement is unavailable)
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, water damage)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, dents)
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care
- Damage caused by third-party products
Products that show signs of intentional damage or improper use may not be eligible for warranty claims.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all warranty claims.
The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Casewey’s official website.
5. Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved:
- We will send a replacement free of charge, or
- Provide a refund if the item is no longer available
Replacement items do not extend the original warranty period.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If a product is faulty within 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to a full refund.
After 30 days, you may be entitled to repair or replacement.
This warranty operates in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them.
